St. Patty's Day Pineapple Cilantro Green Smoothie
Are you licking your lips yet? 😉 Get into the St. Patrick's Day spirit with this delicious green smoothie.
Cilantro is a strong anti-inflammatory herb that helps remove heavy metals like mercury, lead and arsenic from your body. Additionally, pineapple is chock full of bromine which is a natural mucus thinner and expectorant. It's wonderful for soothing coughs as well.
- 3/4 cup water
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 cup greens (kale or spinach)
- 1 cup of pineapple chunks
- 1/4 of an avocado
- 1/4 cup of cilantro
- pea size amount of ginger
