Amber Milk

For Immune Support

Ingredients

2 packed teaspoons freshly grated turmeric root or 1.5 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 inch slice of ginger root

1 cup milk of choice or coconut water

½ cup full fat canned coconut milk, alternately 1-2 teaspoons organic butter or ghee

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2-3 teaspoons honey and/or few drops of stevia to taste

Pinch of sea salt

1/4-1/2 cup Fresh Orange Juice (optional) (will make it taste like liquid sunshine)

Few shakes of black pepper 

Few shakes of cardamom (optional) 

 

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend well. Drink cool or warm up in small pot on low heat. Stir frequently while warming. Strain if you like.
